Finn running after birds. He's always trying to catch them.

She's smiling!!! I forgot how amazing are those first smiles: how it's a full-body smile, how rewarding after all the work, and how addictive they are.
Finn and Dylan are definitely bestest buds now. I expect they will announce their engagement any day.

Those are some kissable cheeks, I tell ya.
Doesn't she look so plump and content?

Another tough day on the playground.

Cuteness has vomited all over our house today.

Finn is acting as though he can't remember a time without little Roo, and maybe he can't. He is only two. He wants to hold her hand. He wants to cuddle with her. I'm afraid that any hand-holding will turn into arm-ripping off, but hey, at least his intentions are good, if only momentarily.
I think they like each other, although it's likely I've spoken too soon. Tomorrow, Finn could just as easily try and flush her down the toilet.
Do they look much alike? I don't really think so. Here's Finn at six or seven weeks. She's just about five now.

"Wee! I'm five-weeks old! Wee!"

Is this a smile? I don't know. It could be. I'm almost convinced she's smiling at me. Almost. Could be gas too, though.

Rosemary loves blankets, soft, comfy blankets, the more, the better. If she's crying, sometimes when we plunk her down in a bunch of blankets, she'll stop and be all cute. She's definitely going to have a blankie.

It's been a happy mother's day here. Dylan and Finn made me breakfast while I slept in with Rosemary. Ah, the joys of sleeping in till 7:30.  Otherwise, I've just been soaking up the cuteness that is little Roo.
